Agreement
These terms govern your use of Opal Beauty Systems. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
Opal is a Beauty Intelligence Operating System. It provides client memory, retention, revenue, and demand intelligence. Opal extends your team; it does not replace professional judgment, and recommendations are for your team to approve.
Plans and billing
Opal is offered on monthly plans: Ask Opal at $20, Salon at $49, and Full Access at $149. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store raw card details.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Opal lawfully, to hold the consents required for any client data you connect, and not to misuse the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Your data
You retain ownership of your business and client data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you may export your business data.
Availability
We work to keep Opal available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
